By using nolola.com or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms. This is a placeholder document; the final terms will be reviewed by counsel.

Services

Nolola provides AI consultancy, productized AI tooling, training/courses, and access to a vetted expert marketplace. Specific deliverables are described in each engagement's statement of work or product page.

Payments and refunds

Audit deposits are refundable if we fail to deliver kickoff on the agreed date. Subscription services are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Productized one-time builds are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual property

All deliverables produced for clients are owned by the client upon final payment. We retain rights to underlying methods, frameworks, and tools.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes from AI implementation.
